Frequently asked questions

What is Pet Waste Removal?

We make your dog's business our business! It's really that simple. We collect the pet waste so you don't have to!

Do you clean the whole yard?

We will clean anywhere there is a pet waste removal issue, front yard, back yard, side yards flower beds, you name it, our goal is keep your yard clean.

How much does it cost?

Our pricing varies depending on a few factors, but we start as low as $25 per week for weekly service. We offer a variety of options to fit your needs and budget. We can clean every other week for existing customers, and you can cancel anytime.

Do you offer service during the winter?

Yes! We are able to operate year-round. Most of the waste that accumulates is still able to be collected, even with some snow. New England winters are notoriously fickle so weather can be a factor but more often than not we can collect. Don't worry, in the rare event we miss a week due to weather you won't be charged. We will catch up the following week.

What do you do keep my dogs safe?

We do everything we can to keep your pet safe. Before we arrive all our equipment has been sanitized and cleaned from the prior client. We will contact you before we arrive and when we leave. We will confirm gates are closed behind us. While we collect, we keep an eye out for problems in your pet's waste and will alert you if we notice something that may be concerning.

How do you dispose of the pet waste?

We typically double bag the waste and take it with us to a waste management facility. Because dog waste is considered hazardous, we have to follow the guidelines and rules of local municipalities. Some of the towns and cities do require us to leave the waste to be disposed of on site, in this case we double bag it, and place the waste in the client's trash receptacle if available or discreetly nearby.

Do I need to sign any contract?

No way! We just require the first month be paid in advances, for a weekly cleanup. However, you can cancel or change your services with Puppy Doody anytime! Just call into the office or send us message.

Does my dog need to be inside when come to collect?

Nope, as long as your dog isn't aggressive, we are happy to collect with them by our side! We love dogs! However, if your dog ever shows signs of aggression to any of our staff, we will ask that they be kept inside when we visit or else we simply will not be able to collect.
